8.⁠ ⁠Cancellation, Billing, and Refund Policy

  1. Bundle Course Cancellation
    If a student cancels one course that forms part of a discounted Bundle, the remaining course will no longer qualify for the Bundle discount and will be charged at its regular, non-discounted price.

  2. Cancellation Deadline
    Students or parents who wish to cancel a course must provide notice before the next scheduled payment date. If cancellation notice is received after the next payment has already been processed or become due, the School reserves the right not to refund the payment for the new billing period.

  3. Monthly Course Fees
    For courses charged on a monthly basis, fees are payable for the applicable monthly billing period and are not calculated on a per-class basis. Therefore, no partial or prorated refund will be provided based solely on the number of classes attended or remaining during that billing period.

  4. Course Completion or Termination by the School

The School reserves the right to determine and announce the completion or termination date of a course. If a course is ended by the School and a student has prepaid for classes that will no longer take place, the School will refund the fees attributable to those unused classes.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
